Our operations are vertically integrated, with in-house functions for marketing, design, research and development, production, supply chain, and digital sales.

We sell through various channels, including Amazon, our own e-commerce platform, and third-party retailers. Additionally, we offer end-to-end incubation services for well-known artists and influencers who want to create their own brands.

We are currently seeking a Production Shift Lead (f/m/x) for our Hamburg office.


Responsibilities:

  • Leading the production team during shift operations and overseeing work processes
  • Planning staff deployment and machine allocation for the shift group, as well as maintaining shift schedules
  • Setting up, adjusting, and programming plant and machinery
  • Managing and utilizing raw and auxiliary materials
  • Ensuring adherence to production plans and quality standards
  • Reporting to production management
  • Troubleshooting production issues or arranging for their resolution
  • Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Training new employees
  • Documenting production data and downtime
  • Participating in company training programs

Requirements:

  • Ideally, a completed technical education, master craftsman certification, or engineering degree
