    Our Solutions Engineer will be a mediator between Infobip and customer

    deployers/development

    technical teams, providing an accurate technical solution and expertise.

    The engineer in this role takes part in the activities for Infobip's customers product proposals, deployments, connectivity and integrations, improvement of their current implementations, solution design and delivery.


    In order to deliver the desired business results, Solution Engineers collaborate with the regional teams and act as a project manager or assist the more experienced project leads.

    You know you are doing a good job when you:
    Have a strong knowledge of all technical aspects of Infobip's products and solutions.

    Understand the customers' businesses, knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business.

    Integrate Infobip Products into our clients' systems (custom-scripted API, SFTP, and other solutions over CPaaS, SaaS services).

    Can identify new and innovative use cases for Infobip's products and solutions.


    Have an excellent understanding of the business and are up to date with the latest industry trends as well as the competition.


    Can build a solid relationship with our sales and technical teams so they consider you an asset and enjoy working with you.

    Conduct demos, POCs, and solution integration enablement sessions for customers and document with meeting minutes summaries.

    Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction during the implementation of the project.

    Collect the technical requirements and design technical solutions and service integration plans.

    Deliver detailed and accurate technical documentation.

    Handle the technical and security questionnaires.

    Ensuring that all the projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

    The engineer on this level focuses on learning Infobip's products and solutions as well as the business processes.

    Having an intermediate level understanding of project management, s/he successfully performs project-related tasks, and consults with the senior engineers, Solution Architects, and Solution Managers on the assigned projects.


    Qualifications:

    More about you:
    Strong experience (3-5 yrs of exp.) that has developed your expertise in pre-sales, tech sales, system integrations, or similar roles

    Experience in a technical role in the telecom/cpaas industry (Nice to Have)

    Preferable have basic knowledge in virtualization, machine learning, RCS, and Mobile identity solutions

    Proficient level both written and spoken in English; Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Engineering background and passion for IT and technology .

    Proactive and creative approach to attend to clients' needs (even if they are sometimes not aware of those needs)·

    Able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence, and persistence

    Speak fluently to clients, partners, and colleagues alike-

    Experience in project management (Nice to have)

    Pay & Perks

    – Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance; Basic Life insurance; 401(k) plan participation with company match; Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance; Wellness plan of up to $500/year, pro-rated based on hire date; Accrual of up to twenty-three (23) vacation days per year; Accrual of up to nine (9) sick days per year, plus carryover of up to nine (9) sick days annually; Additional leave time for marriage, relocation, bereavement, and other major life events; Twelve (12) weeks of paid parental leave; Participation in share ownership plan; Fourteen (14) paid holidays annually; Annual bonuses, at Infobip's sole discretion.
    Salary Range

    – An annual salary base of $120,000-135,000


    USD annually (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset).

    This position also has the opportunity for higher earning potential with bonus eligibility.
