    Client Consultant

    Xpressdocs is looking for an experienced Client Consultant to join our Client Services team.

    In this position, you will:

    • quickly respond to an array of customer inquiries with a focus on exceeding established service goals and ensuring customer satisfaction via phone, chat, and email platforms
    • work cross functionally with internal teams to handle custom client requests
    • managing projects through completion
    • problem solve and use critical thinking while working with others on a daily basis

    You'll thrive in this role if you have:

    • excellent customer service skills
    • the ability to think critically, analytically, problem solve, and work in a team environment
    • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • a proficiency in Microsoft
    • an associate degree (preferred)
    • Have the ability to excel in high-stress, fast-paced environments
    • Have strong customer relationship and communication
    • Have the ability to sit at a desk up to 80% of the time
    • Have the ability to stand and walk up to 20% of the time
    • Have the ability to move throughout all departments within the company; including our production areas
    • Have the ability to be confined in a small area; such as a cubical
    • Have the ability to operate phones and computers
