    Xpressdocs is looking for an experienced Client Consultant to join our Client Services team.

    In this position, you will:
    quickly respond to an array of customer inquiries with a focus on exceeding established service goals and ensuring customer satisfaction via phone, chat, and email platformswork cross functionally with internal teams to handle custom client requestsmanaging projects through completionproblem solve and use critical thinking while working with others on a daily basisYou'll thrive in this role if you have:

    excellent customer service skillsthe ability to think critically, analytically, problem solve, and work in a team environmentexceptional written and verbal communication skillsa proficiency in Microsoftan associate degree (preferred)

    The ability to sit at a desk up to 80% of the timeThe ability to stand and walk up to 20% of the timeThe ability to move throughout all departments within the company, including our production areasThe ability to be confined in a small area, such as a cubicleThe ability to operate phones and computersWhat We Offer:
