Xpressdocs is looking for an experienced Client Consultant to join our Client Services team.
In this position, you will:
quickly respond to an array of customer inquiries with a focus on exceeding established service goals and ensuring customer satisfaction via phone, chat, and email platforms
work cross functionally with internal teams to handle custom client requests
managing projects through completion
problem solve and use critical thinking while working with others on a daily basis
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
excellent customer service skills
the ability to think critically, analytically, problem solve, and work in a team environment
exceptional written and verbal communication skills
a proficiency in Microsoft
an associate degree (preferred)
Have the ability to excel in high-stress, fast-paced environments
Have strong customer relationship and communication
Have the ability to sit at a desk up to 80% of the time
Have the ability to stand and walk up to 20% of the time
Have the ability to move throughout all departments within the company; including our production areas
Have the ability to be confined in a small area; such as a cubical
Have the ability to operate phones and computers
