Position Overview: We're seeking a motivated Financial Planning Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you'll support the company's financial planning and analysis activities, offering valuable insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Assist in preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.


    • Analyze key performance metrics such as revenue, operating expenses, and cash flow.


    • Conduct financial performance analysis, focusing on growth drivers, cost drivers, and margins.


    • Coordinate yearly budgets and quarterly forecasts for the CUS group.


    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
    • Support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and analysis.


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial analysis.


    • Continuously enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities.


    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.


    • 1-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.


    • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques.


    • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.


    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.


    • Experience with Power BI is a plus.
