Here are the minimum qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification
- Active LBA certification in Arizona
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As a partially remote BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you help develop and implement ABA therapy plans that meet each client's individual needs and goals.
No two days are the same, and you're ready for whatever comes your way You visit clients' homes, conduct assessments, and provide behavioral therapy services.
Attentively, you document each client's progress and discuss their treatment in regular meetings with family members and state directors. You also help supervise assigned cases, providing support and guidance as needed.
