- LCSW or LMFT (preferred)
- Master's degree in psychology or related field
- Certification or State License to practice in California
- Physically and mentally able to assist in emergencies
- Ability to monitor appropriate documentation
- TB screen, Health Screening, CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Follow approved curriculum
- Prepare lessons prior to facilitating each group
- Inform clients of confidentiality in group and individual therapy
- Facilitate various groups (e.g., psychoeducational, D.B.T.)
- Collaborate with clinical team
- Complete required documentation on the day of group
- Attend treatment team meetings weekly
- Adhere to quality assurance/compliance
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Report client statements involving danger or suspected abuse
- Assist in discharge preparation and planning
- Ensure clients attend scheduled groups on time
- Build rapport with clients
- Address inappropriate behavior or language
- Coordinate with Clinical Director on group themes and topics
- Provide information on client concerns or substance use

We are on a mission to create lasting change, empower individuals, and build a community of support. We are seeking a lead therapist for our teen outpatient program in West Los Angeles. This is an opportunity to work with a team under an LCSW PsyD as the clinical director at an innovative treatment program that along with incredible space and high clinical, we have a music studio.
Position Overview:
As our Lead Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the mental health landscape for teens. You'll work closely with individuals, families, and groups, under the guidance of an LCSW PsyD clinical director, to make a meaningful difference. Your passion for supporting teens' mental health and recovery journeys will be the driving force behind our continued success.
