We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in a Full-Time Member Services Representative II role. You will be given the opportunity to showcase your relationship building skills to enhance our member experience; making a difference in their financial lives. You will be working in our Eau Claire location where conversation and getting to know our members is a privilege.     Primary Responsibilities:

    • Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
    • Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of transactions in a Teller role
    • Open new share accounts (savings, checking, money market, certificate, commercial, organizational, and benefit accounts, individual retirement, health savings accounts, trust accounts, estate, custodial, and guardianship accounts)
    • Provide savings, loan, and other product features, benefits, and information
    • Respond to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or direct them to proper person for assistance and resolution
    • Learn to recognize member's needs for services, and presents and refers them appropriately

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proven track record in customer service
    • Proficiency in basic computer, data entry and typing skills is required
    • A positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation are essential
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
    • Full time availability is needed
