- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks, such as schedule management, meeting coordination, and project tracking.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior online.
- Update databases and utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as mobile clinics, participation in community events, and grassroots.
- Prepare promotional materials.
- Assist in managing website content and social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and relevant industry trends.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Provide support in measuring and reporting the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights, and assessing against goals.
- Other duties may be assigned per operational needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques.
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords).
- Ability to multitask and take initiative.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
- Previous internship or experience in marketing is a plus, but not required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel for events and meetings.
- National travel to all locations will be required.
