Miami Area Certified Swim Instructor - NFC Amenity Management
Description
An NFC Swim Instructor ensures they are delivering a high-quality, professional and safe swim instruction to all clients and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, safe, and effective swim instruction offering ongoing motivation and feedback to class participants.
- Provide specific emphasis on safety and proper execution of movements
- Assist the site manager in the marketing, promotion, and tracking of classes
- Provides to management, any feedback received from class participants
- Provides recommendations about industry trends, equipment recommendations, or ideas to enhance the swim program
- Follow all administrative procedures to track appointments and payroll
- Maintains current certifications.
- Abides to uniform and grooming standards
- Must report all appointments/sessions and swim revenue to site supervisor in the required timeframe and protocol
- Swim clients are clients of NFC Amenity
Management Minimum Requirements:
- A passion for teaching swim
- Strong customer service/sales orientation.
- Strong individual and team contributor.
- WSI swim certified
- AED/CPR certification
