Job Description:
We are in search of a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our company's growth by meeting customer acquisition and revenue targets, ensuring our competitiveness and innovation in the market.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the potential of our sales team, crafting effective sales plans, and justifying these plans to upper management.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to successfully close deals.
Establish and communicate sales goals, keeping C-level executives informed of progress.
Cultivate enduring relationships with customers, gaining insights into their business objectives and needs.
Stay abreast of industry-specific trends and landscapes.
Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
Report on factors influencing the strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
Sales Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a B2B environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and achieve sales targets.
Proficient in data analysis and forecasting.
Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
