- A Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced finance degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in strategic finance, financial planning & analysis, or related roles, preferably within SaaS or technology companies.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with GTM teams, showcasing your ability to collaborate effectively with our dynamic GTM team.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and forecasting skills, coupled with proficiency in SaaS metrics, financial systems, and tools.
- Outstanding communication skills with an ability to convey complex financial concepts to a diverse audience.
- Leadership skills with a track record of building and leading successful teams.

COMPENSATION:
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individuals skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure: $245K- $305K + bonus. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
