    Description

    Overview:

    We are looking for someone who has experience servicing financial professionals and acting as a relationship liaison to join our Service Experience team. In this role you will have the opportunity to partner with financial professionals to answer questions, trouble shoot issues and engage in a collaborative relationship as a dedicated partner.

    Essential Duties:

    Cambridge's Phoenix, Arizona office is located in the heart of Midtown at 2700 N Central Ave overlooking the magnificent Camelback Mountain.     In this role, you will make a difference by creating an exceptional client experience, problem solve complex issues and further build your career in the financial services industry.

    • Provide support to financial professionals via phone calls or emails regarding account updates, paperwork requests and other account related questions.
    • Process account paperwork submitted by financial professionals during peak times.
    • Research and collaborate with the Clearing Firm and internal teams to complete service tickets opened by financial professionals.
    • Lead with a problem solving mindset to help uncover client needs and provide timely and accurate solutions.

    Education & Experience:

    Three to five years experience, education and/or training.

    Compensation: $55,000-$68,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidates qualifications, the Companys operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
