Summary:

The Arizona Cardinals Football Club has unveiled brand-new, unique luxury gameday seating and experiences and we are seeking passionate individuals with high-end guest experience & service capabilities.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide luxury-quality service to all guests within State Farm Stadium, specifically including those in our exclusive luxury seating, lounge, and hospitality areas.


Primary Job Duties:


  • Serve as a brand ambassador of the Arizona Cardinals Football Club, championing our organization
  • Provide unparalleled service to our luxury guests
  • Ensure every last detail is accounted for from arrival to departure; taking time to give genuine, continuous care for each guest, resolving questions and concerns as they arise
  • This level of detail and precision will be essential to creating a thoughtfully personalized and ultraluxe experience that is exclusive to The Arizona Cardinals and State Farm Stadium
  • Embrace Cardinals luxury service culture and treat all guest and associates with the utmost of respect and kindness
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge on all team and stadium information to effectively communicate with all guests
  • Resolves guest concerns in a professional and efficient manner without unnecessarily referring guests to other team members understanding feedback, researching, offering solutions including multiple options, and strategies
  • Follows through and feels ownership of guest feedback and requests
  • Create exceptionally special experiences that will become treasured memories
  • Setup, maintenance, and takedown of experience areas when required, maintaining a clean and organized area
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:


  • High school diploma, or equivalent experience required, continuing education preferred
  • 12 years of experience in guest support, client services, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact with guests and address their needs
  • Strong communication skills to convey information and recommendations effectively
  • Bilingual language skills preferred
  • Commitment to work ALL preseason, regular season, and playoff home games (nights, holidays, weekends, and weekdays may be included)
  • Availability to work all ancillary events & Cardinals' events (Dates & Times TBD)
  • Ability to effectively work in a fastpaced environment with multiple competing priorities that require strong time management, organization, and prioritization
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Collaborative and teamoriented
  • Able to maintain confidential information
  • Must complete all preemployment forms and successfully pass a background check
  • Must be able to stand and exert wellpaced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
  • Ability to lift up to 2030 pounds on a regular basis
