- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (not just on a resume or when corresponding with us - it's an "all the time" thing)
- Excellent problem solving skills (and enjoy doing it too)
- Sense of humor (really, you need it in this line of work)
- Attention to detail (our clients are picky, and so are we)
- Ability to document (you will learn to like it and our team will set you up for success)
- Ability to work independently and proactively (don't wait for the problem to come to you)
- 4+ years of customer service experience (looking for in-person one-on-one support, NOT call center)
- 4+ years of network experience (we look forward to hearing about the cool problems you've solved)
- Be able squat, crawl, climb and lift up to 50 lbs
- Have a driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous MSP/IT experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Has multiple certifications and utilizes them at a high skill level. The following certifications are preferred: MCSA/MCITP, CCNA/CCDA/CCVP/CCIE, VCP, Project+, Network+, A+, ITIL
- Scripting and/or automation expertise (why do it manually if you can have the computer do it for you?)
- VoIP experience
- Intune
- Microsoft Forms
- Power BI
