- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, Master of Accounting or MBA preferred
- 3-4 years related experience post-education with a minimum of 2 years public accounting experience
- Understanding of US GAAP, Reporting, and Accounting principles
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of ERP systems (MS Dynamics) is a plus
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results
- Experience with international subsidiaries and accounting in IFRS preferred
- Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain accuracy of information and pay strong attention to detail

Why you should join our team as an Assistant Controller:
The core of this position requires you to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our financial statements through activity analysis and account reconciliations. You will be responsible for performing assigned accounting functions, for all of Wilson Electronics' brands. You will be expected to prepare and consolidate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, as needed.
Our Finance team is based in our Cottonwood Heights, UT corporate office. You will report to the Controller, and will have two employees reporting to you - an Accounts Payable position and an Accounts Receivable position. After initial training, you will be eligible to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days from home per week.
This position has a competitive salary plus the opportunity to receive an additional company profit-sharing bonus every 6 months.
