- Manage day-to-day operations of Studio X, including scheduling classes, instructors, and studio maintenance.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of enthusiastic and qualified fitness instructors for various classes.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership sales and achieve revenue goals.
- Conduct sales presentations, tours, and follow-ups to convert leads into memberships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Studio X classes and events through various sales channels.
- Monitor studio performance metrics and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for members, instructors, and staff within Studio X.
- Previous experience in sales management and a strong sales background, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize sales initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with members, instructors, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of fitness industry trends, group fitness formats, and class scheduling software.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate studio operations, including evenings and weekends.
