**Position:** Head of Sales (DACH+)
**Location:** Ottensoos, Bavaria, Germany
**About the Company:**
We are a company that specializes in laser marking systems and OEM laser sources for industrial applications, with a global focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
**Position Overview:**
We are currently seeking a Head of Sales to drive growth in B2B laser technology. In this role, you will lead our sales organization, implement processes for consistency, expand our customer base, and ensure outstanding performance and satisfaction.
**Key Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in senior management, with a proven track record of leading commercial and technical teams. You should also have strong skills in organizational change management and process improvement. Fluency in both German and English is required, and a background in industrial marking products is preferred. Experience managing both direct and indirect sales channels is also important.
**Qualification & Experience:**
In this role, you will lead a team of up to 12 members based in Ottensoos. Flexible work-from-home options may be negotiable.
