    Your Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional service to assigned B2B customer accounts.
    • Manage new customer onboarding, including data entry and database maintenance.
    • Address inquiries regarding lead times, services, and orders.
    • Collaborate with production, sales, engineering, and shipping teams to ensure smooth operations.
    • Utilize EDI proficiency to streamline processes.
    • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 3 years of B2B customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Experience with EDI systems.
    • College education is advantageous.
