We are a rapidly growing termite and pest control company looking for energetic, friendly additions to our office. Your contact with the customers is our first interaction, and results can be seen immediately in solving customer issues. We will train the right person, who's eager to learn and is looking for longevity.


Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls with prompt and friendly customer service
• Schedule service(s) with clients and outside service technicians
• Service client accounts professionally and accurately process paperwork
• Complete account reviews, updating and ensuring the accuracy of client information
• Listen and respond to customer needs and concerns to maximize retention and loyalty
• Schedule incoming services efficiently as needed
• Communicate and work efficiently with fellow office staff and service technicians.
• Assist outside sales staff with proposals, follow up, and customer contact
• Assist in collection of past due accounts

Skills Required:

• Extreme attention to detail
• Understanding of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to multitask
• General computer knowledge
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Willingness to learn

Job Types:

Pay:
From $32,000.00 per year
