    Assistant Care Coordinator

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Assisting Supervisors and Care Coordinators with administrative duties.
    • Entering and faxing treatment plans to all parties.
    • Monitoring claims.
    • Copying and forwarding medical information while maintaining confidentiality.
    • Supporting the management team as needed.

    What You Need to Succeed:

    • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
    • Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks accurately and with attention to detail.
