    As the Testing Department Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily administrative and scheduling needs of the department.

    You will be responsible for maintaining customer relations, data management, testing agreement support and processing, and any department reporting as needed.

    In addition, you will be responsible for the accurate documentation of fire life safety test, ensuring accurate facility and regulatory documents are completed.

    Draft accurate and professional testing documentation. Uploading documentation to company CRM system for review and retrieval. Verifies that all devices were tested and documented according to the customer contract and any reference documentation provided.
    Alters and creates new testing templates as needed for either customer or according to Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) standards.
    Is an expert on translating local codes and/or ordinances ensuring testing and documentation meet those standards.

    Responsible for comparing and monitoring testing reports from previous year(s) (if applicable), identifying any discrepancies, working with Testing Leads to verify data and/or discuss corrective actions needed.

    Enters accurate time daily to service tickets assigned, providing a real time budget visual to company management.
    Provides administrative support to Account Executives, Lead Testing Technicians, and department management. Assists with testing contracts and renewals ensuring there is no lapse in coverage.

    Sets up customers, vendors, and subcontractors obtaining all contractual forms and agreements and ensuring they are entered into the company CRM system.

    Ensures that all department service boards are updated and relevant, providing detailed and updated information for access by department members.

    Plays a key role in managing department testing calendar.

    Reviews testing calendar ensuring appropriate tickets have been updated and assigned, as well as communicating with both the customer and technicians the testing schedule.

    Serves as a customer liaison, completing follow up customer service calls to ensure compliance with agreement expectations and TRL standards.

    Is constantly looking for ways to enhance the customer experience.
    Any additional duties as assigned.

    Position Requirements:
    2+ years of administrative support in fire life safety industry
    High School Diploma or equivalent
    Ability to read, write, hear, speak and comprehend English.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Experience in technical writing ( preferred )
    Typing speed of 50 WPM
    Ability to effectively utilize a computer and navigate software programs
    Critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills
    Planning and organizational abilities

    We also conduct pre-employment drug screening in accordance with Federal Contractor regulations and background checks in accordance with State and local regulations.


    Physical Demands and Work Environment:
    Ability to make repetitive movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, daily
    Ability to walk, bend, stoop, hear, and speak, daily.
    Move/Transport items weighing 20 pounds, occasionally
    Pushing/Pulling using upper extremities, daily
