    Position Title:
    Cobots Field Service Engineer

    Location:
    Massachusetts

    Salary:
    $85k - $95k

    Job Summary
    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer with expertise in Collaborative Robotics (Cobots) for manufacturing environments.

    The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in Cobots, providing technical support, installation, and maintenance for clients across Massachusetts.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Install, configure, and maintain collaborative robots (Cobots) at various client manufacturing sites. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Cobots and associated hardware/software. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance of Cobots.
    Provide training and guidance to clients on proper operation and safety practices for Cobots.
    Work collaboratively with internal engineering teams to improve Cobots functionality and address client feedback.
    Keep accurate records of service visits, maintenance tasks, and customer interactions.
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Cobots technology and industry trends.


    Qualifications:
    2-5 years of experience in Collaborative Robotics (Cobots) in a manufacturing environment.
    Strong technical skills in robotics, automation, or related fields.
    Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and travel to client locations throughout Massachusetts.
    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
