    Description

    Position:
    Technical service engineer

    Travel area:
    The region of The United States

    Responsibility:

    • Responsible for on-site commissioning and troubleshooting during the batch delivery.
    • Responsible for the development, training, optimization and daily inspections of overseas service center and maintenance center.
    • Feedback on product quality issues and resolve them with CQM tools.
    • Responsible for customer relationship management and improving customer satisfaction.
    • Design the product troubleshooting guide based on the local customers' requirement.
    • Assist Commercial engineer to manage the spare parts.

    Requirements:
    1、Mechanical, electrical, automation and other engineering disciplines.
    2、Familiar with AC/DC drive, servo, motor, PLC and other automation products.
    3、Hard-working, have good communication skills and team spirit, and accept business trips.
    4、Fluent in English, and Chinese is a plus.
