- Manage candidate onboarding process, including initiation, follow-up, and tracking
- Complete Form I-9s and maintain confidential information
- Assist with candidate timecard process, reporting, and communication
- Provide requested reports for office managers
- Post job openings accurately on job boards
- Help with unemployment claims and database clean-up projects
- Cross-train and serve as backup for office roles
- Act as a liaison for process and policy updates
- Type and process various documents
- Assist with front desk coverage and greet office visitors professionally
- Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and provide support
- Ensure efficient interview room setup and additional office meetings coordination
- Stay updated on new policies and internal processes
- Maintain office cleanliness and assist with candidate care initiatives
- Support internal culture projects and contests
- Handle ad hoc projects as necessary
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Professional communication skills
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
