    Are you excited about the dynamic field of digital paid media? Do you enjoy managing ad campaigns and optimizing them for peak performance? Our full-service advertising agency is seeking a full-time Paid Media Specialist who is ready to dive into the data and support various digital marketing initiatives across social, search, and web. As a Paid Media Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, managing campaigns across various platforms to maximize our clients' reach and ROI.

    Under the direction of our Associate Director of Digital Marketing and alongside the rest of the digital team, you'll work across teams in our agency with content writers, designers, video editors, and account managers to support the integration of digital marketing with other projects.

    The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in digital paid media and is an energetic self-starter with a passion for advertising and digital marketing who will thrive in a culture of talented creatives and strategists committed to client service.

    Responsibilities

    • Use your expertise to strategically plan and execute paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.
    • Manage all active digital campaigns to ensure even pacing and budget allocation, as well as identify opportunities and provide recommendations that align with client goals and objectives.
    • Assists with the development of client media plans. This includes identifying new channels and targeting tactics for consideration.
    • Coordinate with our media partners in the planning and execution of programmatic campaigns
    • Stay ahead of the curve by researching, testing, and implementing the latest paid media tools, features, and tactics to keep our campaigns fresh, innovative, and effective.
    • Dive deep into analytics to track and analyze campaign performance, providing insightful recommendations for optimization and improvement.
    • Work closely with our creative and strategy teams to assist in the development of compelling ad copy, imagery, and landing page experiences that drive results.
    • Prepare monthly performance and campaign reports for clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.
    • Support the digital marketing team with other projects as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms with a strong understanding of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
    • The ideal candidate will have certifications or strong proficiency in the use of the following platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
    • Programmatic buying (CTV/OTT, Display, etc.)
    • Experience working in a team setting, either in-house or at an agency.
    • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing campaigns for conversion and ROI.
    • Experience with budget management and financial tracking of campaign spend.
    • Understanding of various industries and the ability to adapt strategies to different market segments.
    • Knowledge of retargeting strategies, audience segmentation, and lookalike audience creation.
    • Familiarity with using A/B testing tools and methodologies.
    • Knowledge of attribution modeling and ability to analyze multi-touch attribution data.
    • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for data interpretation and a knack for turning insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker (Google Data Studio).
    • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM software, like HubSpot, MailChimp, and Zapier.

    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
