About the Role:

Join us as the Senior Health & Wellness Specialist, where your main focus will be to enhance client and team well-being by creating and implementing wellness programs, offering expert nutrition guidance, and wellness coaching. Your aim is to deliver exceptional service and coaching, fostering a culture of personal wellness investment among successful entrepreneurs and their families. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adept at serving clients efficiently, a team player, and an authority in their field. The ideal candidate should understand the evolving needs and priorities within our dynamic, entrepreneurial setting. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nutritionist or a clinician in a related field to advance and diversify their expertise.

What You'll Do:

Client Experience

• Provide personalized nutrition and/or health coaching sessions for entrepreneurial families and our team, under the guidance of the Director of Health & Wellness. Utilize expertise in clinical nutrition (e.g., longevity, metabolic health, gut health, stress management), health coaching (physical, emotional, mental well-being), lab analysis, diet planning, and meal preparation.
• Determine and deliver the suitable level of support required by a client - ranging from medical nutrition therapy to health coaching or referrals for external care.
• Assist the Director, Health & Wellness in extending services to more families by aiding in note preparation, research, lab analysis, diet planning, and meal preparation.
• Maintain records in Practice Better (our HIPPA-compliant client records portal) and utilize software (e.g., That Clean Life) to compile meal plans and recipes when necessary.
• Stay in touch with clients to maintain momentum between sessions and raise awareness about our online Health and Wellness events.
• Establish and nurture a therapeutic rapport with clients, showcasing a strong ability to build instant connections.
• Lead team Health & Wellness activities for team bonding, physical activities, healthy snacks, and other initiatives you develop, including organizing team-building events and getaways.

Brand Ambassador / Public-Facing Content

• Contribute to and craft thought-provoking content such as our Health & Wellness newsletter and webinars, grounded in scientific research and data.
• Engage in business development and client relations activities.
• Utilize social media and website content to expand the company's online presence and mission.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field, with appropriate certification or licensing, and demonstrated experience in health coaching.
• Master's Degree is a bonus.
• Ability to interpret nutritional-related lab data is beneficial.
• At least 2 years of experience in health and wellness within the public or private sector, in client-facing or advisory roles.
• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks, excel, and adapt in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Practice Better and/or That Clean Life is advantageous.
• Strong track record of effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Maintain all necessary continuing education, licensing, certifications, and insurance as required by state regulations, with associated expenses covered by Pennington Partners. Operate within your professional scope.
• Utmost integrity and honesty. Self-assured, self-motivated, and independent. Experience in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
