    Description

    Are you passionate about food production and ready to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Workers at our esteemed food and meat manufacturing company. As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
    • Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operation and product quality.
    • Package finished products efficiently and accurately.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
    • Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
    • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
    • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
    • Adapt to varying temperatures, ranging from warm environments due to ovens to cold environments due to freezers.
    Requirements:
    • Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Flexibility to work overtime as needed, including staying until production is complete during peak seasons.
    • Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move heavy objects throughout the shift. Including weight of up to 50 Lbs.
    • Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
    • Reliable transportation or access to public transportation as the job is bus accessible.
    • Ability to work in multiple shifting temperatures Like Freezers and coolers, as well as warm areas with ovens
    Benefits:

    Pay: $15.00 to $15.50 per hour

    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Overtime required based on production demands, typically until 5 or 6 PM during peak seasons)
