Who We're Looking For:
We're searching for a mechanically inclined, detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at Advanced illumination in Rochester, Vermont.
Day to Day Skills & Responsibilities:As a Production Operator, you will read electrical prints and assemble each job with precision to maintain our high quality standards. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial, but not necessary as we will give you the knowledge and tools you need to succeed. Possessing basic math skills with measurement tools will help to ensure that each one of your jobs is completed to its precise specification. Each day, you will set up, operate, and monitor your machines, so it's important for you to have a basic knowledge of computers and their functions. At times, you will need to use your mechanical aptitude and sharp vision to troubleshoot on a machine to make sure that everything is running smoothly. Hand-eye coordination is important to work with small components daily.
Desirable Skills:
Soldering, Pick and Place/Reflow Oven, CNC/PLC background, digital documentation
Schedule:
Enjoy a Full-Time, Monday-Friday 4.5-day, flexible schedule. No nights, weekends, or overtime shifts.
