    What You'll Get to Do :

    The Program Finance Analyst Manager will lead a team of Program Finance Analysts who are responsible for all program financials, including management and review of cost, funding, labor charging and all aspects of forecasting and internal reporting requirements.

    The PFAs will operate as the liaison between the PM and accounting organization for all finance and accounting issues.


    More About the Role :
    Work collaboratively and lead a PFA team supporting their programs and take direction from the OG Finance Manager
    Guide your team as they work collaboratively with and provide financial support to program managers in the preparation and analysis in all aspects of program finance
    Assist your team as they work collaboratively with other functional support personnel (contracts, subcontracts, HR, etc.) to support the program manager with all contract, project or business-related tasks
    Ensure your team reviews contract awards and/or modifications to ensure proper setup or alignment of funding
    Review project cost/schedule baselines, monthly management financial reports, monthly program review materials developed by your team and participate in monthly Program Management Review (PMR) meetings
    Work with division manager and PFAs to develop the annual operating plans and to support the monthly and quarterly forecasting updates
    Support the monthly business rhythms of both the program and finance organizations
    Prepare for monthly rolling forecast (MRF) reviews with the operating group manager Analyze the division portfolio to identify and quantify any potential Risks and/or Opportunities

    Perform financial analysis in support of ongoing program management Ensure the PFA team is equipped to support all customer and vendor requests for data in support of contract requirements and provide statistical reports with regards to client funding utilization.

    Oversee the team of PFAs to ensure client invoices are billed accurately and on time
    Timely and accurate posting of all month end accruals across the group of programs


    You'll Bring These Qualifications :
    A minimum of 7 years of related work experience to include 3+ years of program control OR financial management
    Intermediate MS Excel skills such as pivot tables, filters, sumifs and Vlookups to work with large data sets to perform analysis and monthly manual spreadsheet report in support of monthly invoice
    Ability to work with multiple support functions (contracts, procurement, accounting, engineering)
    Good foundation of accounting principles to include cost collection, revenue recognition, Estimate at Complete (EAC) lifecycle, invoicing, and unbilled reconciliation

    These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have :
    Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint, SmartView, COGNOS
    Experience in a matrixed organization
    Corporate accounting experience
    Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) experience
    Experience generating Annual Operating Plans (AOPs)

    Pay Range:
    The proposed salary range for this position is $62,200-$130,600.

    There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
