Description:
Paydayz Staffing needs Case Managers This is a fully remote position, but you must live within Oklahoma City Pay is starting at $ You MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English. You need to be a Certified Case Manager in the State of Oklahoma, and have the ability to bill Medicaid.
You will be responsible for telehealth case management. This includes checking in with the clients 2 to 3 times a week, setting up referrals, service planning, interventions, as well as case progress notes, and more. The hours will 35 hour week and schedule most likely being 10am to 6pm. 1 hour of lunch. The hours can be adjusted based on caseload needs. Case managers will be given a device to utilize with the app that they will use to communicate with caseload clients. It will be under their own discretion if they want to use their own personal device.
Experience -
At least 5 years of case management experience.
-AA degree with at least 3 years case management experience and/or BA degree in Social Work, psychology, sociology
- Previous experience in behavioral health or social services preferred
- Knowledge of crisis management techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with addiction counseling principles and practices
- Understanding of workforce development programs and resources
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
- Provide case management services to clients, including assessment, planning, and coordination of services
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized service plans
- Collaborate with clients to set goals and monitor progress towards achieving them
- Assist clients in accessing appropriate resources and support services, such as housing assistance (Section 8), workforce development programs, and addiction counseling
- Provide crisis intervention and support during emergency situations
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients in the change process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation
