- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate, transferring callers to an associate's voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable
- Greets visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner
- Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
- Act as main point of contact for residents, family members, and guests
- Helps with related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, collating, and any other tasks as requested by the supervisor
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, both verbal and written

The Receptionist sets the tone for the community by being an outstanding information source and knows all points of contact for every department within the property to promptly assist visitors.
