Job Title:
Front Desk Receptionist
Reports To:
Director of Human Resources
The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate team members, as well as additional clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
- Open/Close Office
- Coordinate and schedule the retrieval of payments from Subcontractors, Employees, etc.
- Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls to appropriate team members
- Coordinate Festive Office Décor
- Meet and greet visitors while providing a positive inoffice experience
- Receive and sort incoming mail, deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Ensure a clean, organized office environment
- Manage and coordinate scheduling of Conference Room(s)
- Take on additional duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience in clerical support position is a plus
- Excellent people skills, including awareness of confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good telephone etiquette
- Experience in multiline telephone systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
