- Oversee all office administration functions specific to including but not limited to front desk procedures, phone service, office supplies, and incoming/outgoing mail.
- Work with accounting on site finance and accounting procedures to ensure timely invoicing to maximize profitability.
- Manage business Key Performance Indicators.
- Supervise customer service and other office staff.
- Other duties assigned.
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams. Experience using NetSuite, a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
