Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team.
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow.
This is a key role in our organization, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.Duties:
- Assist Project Managers as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
- Plan and organize company events and meetings
- Oversee clerical tasks such as completing project daily logs, waste receipts, data entry, and record keeping
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Implement and maintain office management systems
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with human resources processes and procedures
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks accordingly
Pay:
$ $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
