Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager at Remodeling in Pewaukee, WI.

The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative assistance; accounts payable invoice coding and entry; accounts receivable draws on new homes, billing on remodel projects and lien waiver collection; change order entry and payment; assist with participation in events such at the Home Building & Remodeling Expos, Open Houses, etc.; warranty work coordination; assist with property management, rental collection and invoice entry; provide exceptional customer service to clients and subcontractors.


Qualifications:


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in administrative assistance and office administration.
  • Proficiency with office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in the construction or remodeling industry is a plus
  • Accounting / Book Keeping Related Degree is a plus

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
