    Description

    Position:
    Service CoordinatorOur Service Coordinator plays a key support role within our Service & Installation team, responsible for supporting all facets of our service and installation jobs, projects and customers


    Responsibilities:
    Answer calls and provide excellent customer service while recording customer information. Coordinate with customers for scheduling service requests and preventative maintenance jobs. Supporting warranty work, warranty registration, Claims, Returns and Credits processing. Completing timely and accurate repair quotes ("quoted repairs") for customers. 3rd Party administration (uploading of documents, invoicing, and work order approvals). Processing timely and accurate invoices for customers. Organizing, ordering parts and equipment. Delivering a great customer experience. Other duties as assigned.


    Requires:
    Experience in customer service, customer service representative or similar coordinator roles in a fast-paced, HVAC (or similar) work environment. Experience with quoting repairs in the HVAC industry is a plus.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Great professional & personal presence with strong communication skills Strong interpersonal skills, especially over the phone High School diploma or equivalent, required Job offers are contingent on a background check.


    Salary:
