    Description
    Position: Service Coordinator

    Our Service Coordinator plays a key support role within our Service & Installation team, responsible for supporting all facets of our service and installation jobs, projects and customers.

    Responsibilities:
    • Answer calls and provide excellent customer service while recording customer information.
    • Coordinate with customers for scheduling service requests and preventative maintenance jobs.
    • Supporting warranty work, warranty registration, Claims, Returns and Credits processing.
    • Completing timely and accurate repair quotes ("quoted repairs") for customers.
    • 3rd Party administration (uploading of documents, invoicing, and work order approvals).
    • Processing timely and accurate invoices for customers.
    • Organizing, ordering parts and equipment.
    • Delivering a great customer experience.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Requires:
    • Experience in customer service, customer service representative or similar coordinator roles in a fast-paced, HVAC (or similar) work environment.
    • Experience with quoting repairs in the HVAC industry is a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Great professional & personal presence with strong communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills, especially over the phone
    • High School diploma or equivalent, required
    • Job offers are contingent on a background check.
    Salary:
    • Salary $20-$26/hr depending on experience
