    DH Pace Company, Inc. in Columbus, OH, is seeking to hire a Service Coordinator (Dispatcher) who will effectively coordinate field employees. This individual will ensure that our services will meet or exceed the customer's satisfaction.

    If you have service coordination or scheduling experience, please applyPrimary job functions:

    Scheduling technicians to customer job sitesContinually ensure technicians' schedules are cleared of completed job tickets and that open job tickets are in correct technicians' schedules for materials ordered, billing and voided ticketsProvide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pullingWorking with service quotesOther responsibilities as assignedQualifications:Bachelors degree and one year of administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Willing to train entry-level candidatesMust have excellent communication and organizational skillsRepresent the company in a professional mannerWhy DH Pace?DH Pace Company is a distribution, construction and service organization offering a complete range of door and door related products and commercial security products.
