    The Scheduler also arranges and schedules shared services with the ordered departments at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and coordinate and schedules dialysis schedules.

    Prepare therapist work schedules, working with Managers to ensure staffing levels meet the volume of patient admissions and seeking coverage from in-house float and Flex staff when necessary.

    Schedule patient therapy sessions, ensuring sessions run at scheduled times according to floor specifications and modifying as necessary based on requests from clinicians.

    Reports directly to the Associate Director, Flex, Interpreter Services, and Inpatient Scheduling
    Associates Degree or Certificate in a Medical Administration Program or comparable program preferred.
    Minimum 1 year of experience in a health care field with knowledge of hospital systems.

    Proficiency in Microsoft applications:
    intermediate level skills in the use of Outlook and Word and basic level skills in Excel.
    Strong understanding of data entry and ability to learn hospital information systems.
    Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment to maximize quality and efficiency of operations.
    Normal office environment with little or no exposure to dust or extreme temperature.
