The InTime Group is a personnel and management consulting firm and an established partner for personnel service providers in the field of temporary employment.

Our portfolio includes traditional management consulting, change and interim management, and consulting on occupational safety issues.

We are currently seeking a
Human Resources Clerk (m/f/d) for our location in Frechen, Arcadia, SC.


Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting the HR management and administrative tasks
  • Creating and posting job advertisements
  • Managing and updating company accounts
  • Sending confirmation of receipt, invitations, and rejections
  • Processing temporary employment requests
  • General office tasks

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or relevant experience in the commercial sector
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Reliable and organized
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Fulltime, permanent employment, 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday:08:00 am to 05:00 pm / no weekend shifts
