We are a company of Alexianer GmbH and a recognized provider of various services in the field of disability and youth welfare, an outpatient nursing service, a specialist clinic for psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics, a psychiatric outpatient clinic, a workshop for people with disabilities, several day clinics, nursing homes and kindergartens.

Your tasks:

Preparation of monthly management reporting for shareholders and stakeholders
Revenue, performance, cost and construction cost controlling
Application and proof of public funds
Preparation and participation in budget negotiations with various social security providers
Preparation of costbenefit analyses and business plans
Support in the conceptual development of the department

Your profile:

Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling or commercial training
Experience with financial and accounting instruments
Excellent computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel, SAP-CO and SAP-FI)
Excellent methodological and conceptual skills, as well as analytical thinking
High level of commitment and resilience with independent, structured work style and strong goal orientation
