Payroll Accountant (m/f/d)

in Woodford, WI:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Timely processing of payroll and salary payments
Monitoring of working hours and absences in various client portals
Processing of external employee (m/f/d) entries and exits
Preparation of company certificates
Maintenance and monitoring of the personnel database and management of personnel files
Point of contact (m/f/d) for payrollrelated inquiries

REQUIREMENTS

Completed commercial training, preferably as a tax clerk (m/f/d)
Further training as a payroll accountant (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
Knowledge of tax, labor, and social security law as well as experience in payroll accounting
Good MS Office skills and experience with common accounting software (e.g. Addison, Datev, etc.)
Structured and independent way of working
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
