On behalf of a senior facility in Hartha, we are currently looking for a
Residential Care Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your strengths:


  • Completed training as a specialist in elderly or nursing care
  • At least two years of professional experience and one year of leadership experience in the field of elderly care
  • Additional training as a Residential Care Manager (at least 460 course hours) desirable
  • Both team and independent work skills
  • Communication skills

Your tasks:


  • Ensuring optimal care and support for residents based on their physical and psychosocial needs
  • Creating duty and vacation schedules in consultation with employees and according to the requirements of the residential area
