  • What you bring
  • Completed commercial training, e.g. bank clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d)
  • Several years of experience in customer management
  • Professional and friendly demeanor in customer contact, even when dealing with more difficult matters
  • Enjoyment of telephone and written customer service
  • Reliability, communication skills, high service orientation and teamwork are a given for you
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
Your tasks include

  • You process, analyze and evaluate incoming complaints with advanced escalation levels (2nd level)
  • You take care of complaints regarding the CHECK24 points program, the PAYBACK cooperation and other promotional activities
  • You process the feedback from our customers from various online review channels (e.g. social media)
