Dispatcher (m/f/d) for our renowned client in Delmenhorst, starting immediately, at our
Rippey, IA location.


Your responsibilities:


  • Dispatching, controlling, and managing the assignment of orders to service partners
  • Responsibility for material management, including inventory
  • Ensuring process quality
  • Processing new and existing business
  • Managing device master data and maintaining contacts
  • Controlling and processing service orders
  • Responsibility for compensating service partners

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Knowledge in the fields of heating/plumbing is an advantage
  • Good computer skills (MS Office package, ideally SAP) and willingness to familiarize oneself with inhouse computer systems
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Friendly and confident in customer contact
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to handle conflicts and assert oneself
  • Teamwork, dynamism, and flexibility
