Your responsibilities:


In your role as an Employment Law Specialist (m/f/d), you will support our clinic management and colleagues in the HR department with all employment law matters.

This includes, in particular, the following key topics:

  • Internal clarification of legal issues in labor and collective bargaining law
  • Handling general employment law issues and processes, if necessary in consultation with consulting specialist lawyers
  • Employment law advice for colleagues in the HR department regarding personnel measures
  • Support in preparing labor court proceedings
