- You communicate independently with our customers via email, social media, and phone in a witty, charming, and above all empathetic manner
- You support and advise our customers in all matters
- You bring a smile to the customer's face with every interaction and use your creativity
- You contribute with a lot of initiative to your work and make suggestions for improving internal processes
- You are the interface between all departments of JUNIQE
ABOUT YOU
- You are funny, creative, and have initiative
- You ideally have a completed degree/education or previous work experience in customer service
- You work solutionoriented and like to think outside the box
- You can work customeroriented even under stress and adapt quickly to different situations
- You always remain friendly and manage to empathize with every customer
- You are a team player
- Your German language skills are excellent
- Our office language is English, so very good English skills are a big plus
HOW WE WORK
Our light-filled office is located in a renovated factory building on the border between Mitte and Kreuzberg, just a stone's throw from the Spree and the Markthalle Neun.
