- Developing and managing service delivery plans:
- Collaborate with clients to create detailed service delivery plans that meet their unique requirements and specified SLAs.
- Ensure plans are thorough, with clear timelines, budget details, and resource allocations.
- Managing the delivery team:
- Lead and guide the team focused on exceptional service delivery.
- Set clear objectives, delegate tasks strategically, and offer continuous support and guidance to team members.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Thoroughly oversee the execution of service delivery to ensure alignment with established objectives.
- Proactively identify and address any potential risks or deviations to uphold service excellence.
- Reporting to the client:
- Maintain transparent and open communication with clients regarding the status of their service delivery.
- Promptly communicate and address any changes or potential issues.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top engineering or business school, or equivalent.
- Over 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- At least 5 years of experience leading teams and managing complex projects.
- Thorough knowledge of service delivery principles and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
